Refunds will only be honoured if there has been a product error. In the event of product error Marsh&Mallow will refund the full cost including any delivery charges.

Refund payments will be processed within 30 business days. Refunds will only be made to the original card the Products were purchased with. This is to protect our customers from credit card fraud.

Marsh&Mallow firmly stands behind all our products, in the event that you are not satisfied with our marshmallows, Marsh&Mallow may offer an exchange or credit note.

All shipments are sent out on the first business day of each week by Canada Post Regular Parcel or Xpresspost.

Regular Parcel Shipping takes 5-7 business days and Xpresspost Shipping is guaranteed to arrive in 2 business days.

Marsh&Mallow’s promise to you is that we will ship a fresh, quality product. However, once the goods leave our hands, Marsh&Mallow does not accept responsibility for products damaged or delayed in transit.

All our gourmet marshmallows are handmade to order, because of this there is a 2 week lead time on all orders. If you require your order sooner please email carly@marshandmallow.ca.

At Marsh&Mallow all our marshmallows are made with the freshest whole ingredients available. We use organic and local produce whenever available. We do not use artificial sweeteners and most of our marshmallows are low-fat and gluten-free.

Special/Custom Orders

We make custom marshmallows for birthdays, weddings and other special occasions. We would love to create something very special just for you. Please call Carly at 604-417-6881 or email carly@marshandmallow.ca at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is only available in Vancouver across the 6 main geographic areas as follows: City Centre, Downtown Eastside, Midtown, North East, South, and Westside Vancouver. Any location outside these areas should select the Shipping Option.

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up is available, enter ‘Freesh1p’ at check out. Pick up available M-F between 9:00-5:00pm at 4942 Fraser Street, Vancouver (Fraser and 33rd). Once your order has been placed, confirmation email will be sent notifying you of the date your order will be ready.
